Returns Policy
To return any goods you must contact us via e-mail at

If the goods are damaged in any way you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Please Note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we deliver in error or the goods are faulty.
All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
Please pack goods securely and keep proof of postage.

If you have not registered your details, your account information will not be available.
We collect information about you to improve the site generally. Information is used to process any order you place.

Products
While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and printing process will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.
Availability
Normally all items shown on our website are available from stock. We will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Orders over the value of £30 FREE postage
You can request items to be left in a suitable place if no-one is in. This should be done in the "Order Comments" box when making your order. For example, you can ask to "leave items in car port" or "leave in porch" if you wish. This will be at your own risk. If the package is lost or stolen after being left as instructed this will not be the responsibility of dog Gifts Etc or the delivery company.
